Beautiful landscaping leading down a steep rocky site to the ocean. Natural stone stairways curve around both sides of the house. Another stairway leads down to meet one of the stone terraces and the fire pit. Further down is a circular wooden deck by Solution Renovations. The landscaper is Pacific Landscape Works Inc.
